THE JOURNEY
In 2019, my coffee journey began during a mission trip to Honduras with my church. We stayed on a small ranch with a coffee plantation. This plantation was their main source of income. I was fascinated by the entire coffee process, from the coffee cherry to the natural drying process to the roasting facility. This experience sparked my interest in the world of specialty coffee. For almost three years, I have worked as a barista and production roaster. Now, I get to share my passion for coffee with others through the BattleAxe Coffee trailer.
I believe that coffee has a unique ability to bring people together. It creates connections that transcend language, culture, and geography. Whether you’re sipping a steaming cup of coffee on a mountaintop or enjoying an iced latte with a friend on your back porch, exploring new places and experiencing new things is enhanced by the simple pleasure of sharing a coffee with others.
With the BattleAxe Coffee trailer, my goal is to serve traditional, high-quality coffee that impacts others’ lives. With coffee by your side, you’ll make new connections and create lasting memories that stay with you long after the adventure is over.
TRAILER CONSTRUCTION
We didn’t just buy a trailer; we created it from the ground up. My dad and I worked tirelessly for months, pouring our heart and soul into every detail. This was a labor of love, and I couldn’t have asked for a better partner than my dad. From the first day, I knew that quality, excellence, and craftsmanship were going to be the hallmarks of our coffee company, and this trailer is a reflection of that. It’s not just a mobile café; it’s a work of art, a testament to our commitment to providing the best possible experience for our customers.”
